Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim-girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had voluntarily gone along with the named persons without making protest at different places. Submission is that under pressure of the parents, she had levelled false allegation of kidnapping and rape. Considering the statement of victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties
