2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and 2/3 unknown miscreants riding om the motorcycle made indiscriminate firing to create panic.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation of firing, but no one sustained fire arms injury.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that during investigation 8 empty cartridges were recovered from the spot and petitioner has got similar criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and the similar criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
