JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Desari (Sahdei OP) P.S.Case No. 243 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that due to land dispute, petitioner got father of the informant killed by two unknown persons in the midnight. It is contended that petitioner is co-villager and due to land dispute, he has falsely been implicated and there is no other material except suspicion raised by the informant that he got his father killed by some unknown persons; moreover, he is no criminal antecedent and is an old man of 74 years of age.
