The petitioner is in custody in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 (CIS No. 27 of 2019) arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 262 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.07.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 1.5 kg. Ganja was seized but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the seized Ganja.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.63485 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 antecedent and quantity of Ganja which is less than commercial quantify, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 (CIS No. 27 of 2019) arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 262 of 2019.
