2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the IPC and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Earlier vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44606 of 2023, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed. Now, one new ground has been raised in renewing the prayer for bail by the petitioner. In this application, the petitioner has stated the said motorcycle from which the alleged liquor is said to have been recovered had already been sold by him in the year 2019 to one Sushil Kumar Mahto and the said Sushil Kumar Mahto has sworn an affidavit in this regard which

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, I am not convinced with the new ground raised by the petitioner.
