The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kishanganj Case No. 211 of 2019 for the offence registered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62518 of 2019(3) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 under Sections 341, 323, 354, 427, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioners herein having assaulted the wife of the informant after she had refused to adhere to the request of the petitioners to depose falsely in the Court.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent, they are having clean antecedents and the injury report would bear it out that simple injury has been found to have been inflicted on the person of the wife of the informant. It is further submitted that having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 14.10.2019 granting provisioning bail to the petitioners be made absolute. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the materials on record as also the case diary, I deem it fit and proper to make the order dated 14.10.2019 granting provisional bail to the petitioners absolute. The petition stands disposed off.
