JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2023 This application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. vide Motipur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 328 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. From perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that the petitioner is an accused of killing his wife. Further, it is reported that the petitioner is an absconder.

In such view of the matter, this application is dismissed.
