Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,323,324,307,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, an occurrence of assault took place wherein the petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant with Farsa.

Submission is that the Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2019. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
