That this writ application is preferred on behalf of the above named petitioner for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the respondents Authority to give permission to the petitioner for compulsory retirement from the Post of Chaukidar and in case the permission is not allowed concerned respondent be directed to allow him to do duty and give his salary."
