JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nokha (Dharampura) P.S.Case No. 297 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant found her husband murdered by strangulation in the morning and suspicion is raised on the accused persons co-villagers for the killing of her husband as they had threatened him three months prior to this occurrence because of land dispute.

Submission is that only suspicion is raised against the petitioner and others who are co-villagers and falsely implicated due to land dispute between the petitioner and the informant's side and police has submitted charge sheet.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9588 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely , Raj Mantri Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha (Dharampura) P.S.Case No. 297 of 2017.
