Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Husband is already in jail. Allegation is general and omnibus.

Submission is that the petitioners are in custody since 21.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioners are ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10669 of 2018 (3) dt.09-04-2018 bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil (Sadar Gaya) Police Station Case No.184 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
