2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021 registered on 02.03.2021 lodged under Sections 8, 21, 22(B)(C) of NDPS Act. which has been rejected vide order dated 09.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.67630 of 2021.

3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2021 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that recovery of Brown Sugar is more than the commercial quantity and also bail of the co-accused has been rejected vide order dated 27.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 49865 of 2021.

5. Considering the above mentioned fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at present.

6. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
