JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Laheri PS Case No. 355 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, only his name was disclosed by co-accused Kamlesh in his confessional statement, however the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted. Similarly situated another accused Narayan Prasad and Pappu Sharma have already been enlarge on bail by a coordinate Bench of this court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranjeet Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri PS Case No. 355 of 2017.
