Mr.Suman Kumar Jha, AC to AAG-3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 30-11-2022 This petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 28.11.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13105 of 2016, titled as Randhir Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., by a learned Single Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the order stands complied with.

Patna High Court MJC No.2802 of 2017(14) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 Averments made in para-4 of the affidavit in response to show cause and more specifically para-4 thereof is reproduced hereinunder:

"That in view of the order and direction as given by the Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 25-07-2022, report regarding latest character report of the petitioner was called for from the Superintendent of Police Begusarai. The Superintendent of Police submitted report vide letter no. 351 dated 21.11.2022, S.H.O. Singhaul O.P. reported that there is no complain is recorded in Police station against the petitioner and recommended to give arms license to the petitioner. Hence in view of report of Superintendent of Police, Begusarai and in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court, application of the petitioner's arms license was allowed by the District Magistrate vide order dated 24-11-2022."
