JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sigori P.S. Case No. 5 of 2012, disclosing offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that two cheques of the informant were missing and it is alleged that petitioner presented those cheques before the Bank and the informant has been given by the petitioner that those cheques were given to him by two teachers.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and those two cheques were given to the petitioner by two teachers. Moreover, the cheques in question were not encashed and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Cheif Judicial Magistrate -V, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 5 of 2012, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
