2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of IPC and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown for the murder of husband of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired on an application filed by brother of deceased after one year of the alleged incident. Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.04.2025 . Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner, period of custody and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhojpur (Ara) in connection with Barahara P.
