The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2018. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15471 of 2018 (2) dt.20-03-2018 P2/ pending in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.29 of 2018, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
