The petitioner has been in custody since 08.09.2017 in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 55/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner comes from a respectable family and has no criminal antecedent and has been taken into custody purely on suspicion. It further appears that till date the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
