2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 14746 of 2021 dated 29.07.2024.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3 (The Examination Controller, B.N.
Patna High Court CWJC No.20983 of 2019(6) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 Mandal University, Madhepura) along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter.
4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 3 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone to the merit of the case.
