1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for setting aside the order contained in memo no.834 dated 19-08-2023 by which services of the petitioner from the post of contractual Revenue Karmchari has been removed without providing/affording him any opportunity of hearing in gross violation of principles of natural justice and further for a direction upon respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue on the post along with entire monetary benefits. And further for a direction to make payment of salary for the period during which

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
