The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(b), 201, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are cousin father-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against them. Further submission is that petitioners have clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
