Yadav, SC 14. =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-03-2017 On 16.02.2015, in compliance to the earlier order passed on 15.01.2015, the District Programme officer (Establishment), Education Department, Begusarai was present before this Court and filed a supplementary show cause indicating compliance of the order passed. Learned counsel for the petitioner took a week's time to verify the aforesaid factual aspect of the matter and even though time has been granted to the petitioner, since 16.02.2015 there is no rebuttal to the statements made and the supplementary show cause, filed by the District Programme Officer, is available on record.
