JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

As per the prosecution case, the informant's daughter has been killed by the petitioners for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is further alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons tried to conceal the evidences by burning the dead body of the deceased.

Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioenr

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70244 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 no. 2 is father-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners have no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. They are living separately. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawada in Narhat P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
