The petitioner seeks bail in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of cheating. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR. Similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 11.01.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 666 of 2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.10.2017.

No.1586 of 2018(3) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/C Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017.
