As per order dated 10.10.2017, the petitioner removed the defect nos.1 and 2 and after deleting the name of Brij Nandan Purbey and Rajendra Purbey in the category of petitioner and respondents respectively, the names Hari Narayan Purbey and Renu Gupta were mentioned. The parties names could not be mentioned in order of this Court passed on 30.10.2017. Accordingly, the same are corrected and the same shall be read as Hari Narayan Purbey and Renu Gupta respectively. The order dated 30.10.2017 is modified accordingly. (Sanjay Kumar, J) B.Kr./- U
