The petitioner is seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.627/2019 registered under Section 30(a)(b),37(c),38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in jail custody since 08.07.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.627/2019, subject to deposit of Rs.5000/- at District Legal Services
