2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 140(3), 140(4) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he kidnapped the minor daughter of informant. During course of investigation the victim was recovered and in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. she has supported the prosecution case and has specifically stated that she went to Delhi with this petitioner where he made physical relations with her against her will.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct omnibus nature of accusation, gravity of offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
