1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 948 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021 registered for the offence under Sections 339 / 402 / 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-B)A / 26 / 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case Police got information that some miscreants have assembled near I.T.I. College and were planning to commit dacoity and loot arrived at the place of occurrece. Upon seeing the Police party, the accused persons started fleeing away, however, four of them were apprehended and four succeeded in fleeing away. The name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the arrested accused persons. Police recovered country made pistols from two of the arrested accused persons and other incriminating materials including cartridges.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of disclosure of his name by the arrested accused persons. No incriminating and / or fire arm has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, taking into consideration the nature of allegation made in the F.I.R. and the fact that petitioner has criminal antecedent of five cases pending against him including one case lodged under the N.D.P.S. Act, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. The application stands rejected.
