The petitioner is accused in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 632 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information, houses of petitioner and Madan Saw were searched, in that course huge quantity of illicit Indian made foreign liquor recovered in both houses regarding which Barbigha P.S. Case No. 630 of 2017 was instituted under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. On query both disclosed the name of Arun Ram and Bhola Ram indulged in liquor business, both were not found at their house but illicit liquor was seized.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7309 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 06.01.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 632 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) sushma/- U T
