Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), (b), 37(c), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 21.07.2019.

Case No. 508 of 2019.
