2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act (Amended)-2018 being PTN BRMP01P002852025.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 190 liters of illicit Chullai liquor was recovered from a motorcycle from bearing registration no.BR43N-8492.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that he has no concern with the said recovery as also
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66964 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 said vehicle and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 21.06.2025 and there is no independent witness of seizure list.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge Special Judge Excise-II, Madhepura or his/her successor in connection with Udakishunganj Excise P.S.
