2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 442 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to open indiscriminate firing upon the informant along with other coaccused persons/family members, causing fire arm injury in left arm of the informant, having intention to cause his death, where admittedly, occurrence arises out of land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2023.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the petitioner has caused fire arm injury upon

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S.
