The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2017 in connection with Complaint Case No. 3604 of 2009 for the offence registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

From a bare perusal of the complaint petition, it appears that the entire allegation stems from a civil dispute which can well be resolved by way of mediation, which is agreed to upon by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant. Be that as it may and in view of the nature of allegation and particularly because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
