1. Heard Mr. Shivendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Madhura Nand Jha, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Banke Bazar P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025 dated 22.06.2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(1) 115(2), 74, 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the informant, after the death of the informant's husband, a property dispute has arisen in between the petitioner and the informant and further in the FIR, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the informant's injuries have been opined to be simple in nature.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the above stated facts and mainly the petitioner's old age as well as the nature of the allegations, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Banke Bazar P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
