JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Case No. C-2/ 676 of 2017/1077 of 2017 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that 15 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, however he is in custody since 25.11.2017 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Monu Sahni @ Munna Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C-2/ 676 of 2017/1077 of 2017.
