The petitioner has filed the instant writ application for the following relief(s):- "A. For directing the Respondent authorities not to interfere with the running jamabandi of the petitioner and further to issue rent receipts for the land which was settled to the father of petitioner for which mutation was done and rent receipts have been issued till the year 2021. B. For directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner which is pending before them with respect to the settled land of the petitioner over which private respondents are making claim without

C. For directing the respondent authorites to protect the interest of petitioner over his settled land and further they may be directed to take steps, if any, accordance with law after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and till then petitioner possession over the land may not be interfered.
D. For grant of any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is entitled in the fact and circumstances of the case."
After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the representation filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Purnea as contained at page 19 to the writ application may be directed to be decided by the concerned District Magistrate within a fixed period. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ application is disposed of with the following directions:- (I) The petitioner will file a fresh representation along with all relevant documents before the District Magistrate, Purnea (respondent no. 2) within 4 weeks.
(II) The District Magistrate, Purnea shall decide the representation of the petitioner after hearing all parties concerned in accordance with law within a period of three months from its filing.
It may be mentioned here that the Court has not
