2. The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 19.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3731 of 2025 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till 13.11.2025, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- in the bank account of the Advocates' Association, Patna High Court. It is informed by learned counsel that the petitioner will surrender before the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72247 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 District Court on 13.11.2025 at 10.30 am.

4. The order dated 19.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3731 of 2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.
