This is an application for regular bail in connection with Kopa P. S. Case No. 124 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is officer-in-charge of police station who in his self statement on 10.10.2017 has stated that he got secret information that stolen vehicles were parked near a house and when police party reached there two persons fled away from that house. From the inmates of the house it was informed that vehicles were of Rakesh Sah (petitioner) and his brother (Rajesh Sah).

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and he had purchased the vehicle after payment

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15769 of 2018(4) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 of money. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.1.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Kopa P. S. Case No. 124 of 2017.
