Patna High Court MJC No.2872 of 2023(4) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 26.04.2025, after initiating encroachment proceeding vide Encroachment Case No. 18 of 2024-25 and thereafter, the encroachment in question has also been removed on 01.09.2025, hence the present petition be disposed off.
