2. The petitioners are in custody since 11.08.2023 in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 613 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306/384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, a rape case was registered against the deceased and the deceased committed suicide. The informant in the rape case was the daughter of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 613 of 2023.
