Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 304B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, who is brother-in-law (Bhainsur) of the victim, submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of vague and general allegations though he is living separately and has no concern with the affairs of the deceased and her husband. In the instant case, he is in custody since 03.10.2017. There is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3321 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka in Chiraiya (Shikarganj) Police Station Case No 268 of 2017 subject to the following conditions: (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
