The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No.117 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 333, 347, 338, 307, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that five other co-accused person having exactly identical allegation namely, Md. Erfan, Md. Maksud Alam, Md. Jafar Alam, Md. Alam @ Munna @ Md. Aslam and Pince @ Prince @ Md. Shahid have already been granted pre-arrest bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66995 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 vide order dated 21.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66090 of 2019 by a Bench of this Court.

The aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.)
