JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-03-2019 Considering the statements made in para-6 of the show cause, no further indulgence is required. For ready reference, para-6 of the show cause is quoted below:- "6. That it is respectfully submitted that the petitioner has been found to have worked for the period from 7.3.2007 to 29.4.2007.

Patna High Court MJC No.2812 of 2017(5) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 Accordingly the petition has already been paid with his salary for the working period mentioned above by the concerned Panchayat Secretary vide Cheque No.

530853 dated 27.2.2019 in the tune of Rs.

7091.00 (Rupees seven thousand Ninety one) only through letter no. 10 dated 27.02.2019 and hence order passed by the Hon'ble High Court has already been complied."

In the event the petitioner has any grievance as to wrong calculation, liberty shall be available to him to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U
