JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned notice dated 11.03.2010 along with notice dated 17.05.2008 issued by the Certificate Officer, Samastipur (respondent no. 4) whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been directed to make repayment of the loan amount of Rs. 2,05,030/-.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

3. A perusal of paragraph 7 of the writ petition discloses that the petitioner has filed an application before the Certificate Officer, Samastipur (respondent no. 4) on 30.07.2012.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank appears.

Having regard to the aforesaid averment made in the writ petition, it stands disposed of with an observation that if the application said to have been filed by the petitioner before Certificate Officer, Samastipur (respondent no. 4) remains pending, the same may be disposed of in accordance with law.
