Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner was implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Dharmendra Paswan. Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2017. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was never put on TI Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Moreover, the investigation of the case is complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21836 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mufassil Police Station Case No. 519 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
