Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Majorganj P.S.Case No.130/15 dated 3.6.2015 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, it is alleged that the petitioners who are sisters have sold 20 decimal of land to the complainant but later on, on measurement he has found only 15 decimal of land and they are not returning the amount.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that in the partition suit they got 20 decimal of land by a decree and the title suit is also pending before the court of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70662 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 6 competent jurisdiction.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.Case No.130 of 2015 dated 3.6.2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
