Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 368, 376, 506, 504, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8, 10, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012. The victim of kidnapping, in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., stated that she had love affairs with the petitioner and she has already married with the petitioner. She disclosed her aged as 19 years.

Considering the statement of the victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4479 of 2018 (2) dt.29-01-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Shikarpur Police Station Case No. 292 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
