This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is directed against the order dated 16.07.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No.113 of 2012, whereby the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sheohar, while allowing the aforesaid Criminal Revision filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2, set aside the order dated 09.02.2012 passed in Case No.808 of 2002 by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sheohar, in a proceeding under Section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sheohar, to pass a fresh order in accordance with law.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court, calling for interference in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
