JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is regarding non-payment of the C.P.F. amount for the period, the petitioner had worked in the Work Charge Establishment.

The respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein the order dated 27.11.2018 has been annexed showing that a sum of Rs. 89,600.00/- is payable to the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Having regard to the rival contentions of the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Aurangabad, Bihar to ensure payment of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 89,600.00/- within a period of four weeks from today, if not already paid, failing which the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Aurangabad, Bihar shall not draw his salary.
