JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and by taking note of the fact that the parties are contesting the matter in an arbitration proceeding before the Hon'ble Retired Judge of this Court pursuant to the order dated 10.01.2018 passed in Request Case No. 280/2017, this court directs that the order passed by the Certificate Officer, as contained in Annexure '2' to the Interlocutory Application, may be brought to the notice of the learned Arbitral Tribunal and appropriate relief may be prayed for in accordance with Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
